Typical. You have been downgrading these supposed allegations. While they be not true, your stance from the start is to claim they are facetious. If this is proven or not, it is obvious to the board that you are absolutely ate up with TDS. Are the freak up.

If it can be proven he is making it all up and acting intentionally, Walz maybe could win a suit against him.
It's almost impossible to win a defamation suit as a public figure. The standard of NYT v. Sullivan is so high it's almost impossible unless you have a smoking gun.
That's why you see so few lawsuits like that in the political sphere in the US.

No, I said nearly everything about this story is independently verifiable other than the assault itself.
I like all of the allegations against conservatives, which are universally unverifiable.
