Your farm is not sustainable. How is this anyone's problem?

They might go up some in the short term. There is no reason to think they'll still be high in 2 years. Domestic production is heading back up.

What is the government going to do? Nuke its own people? Tiananmen Square them? Carpet bomb rebellious zip codes?

There is no winning hand that government can play regarding the use of force.

Sad but I don't think prices are coming back down and it has very little to do tip Ukraine. Biden caused this with his policies. They will try and deflect but that is the damn truth. Food prices going through the roof will truly be his downfall as that will get folks attention faster than anything else.

Let’s hope.

The old analogy is that dropping a frog into a boiling pot will see them jump out because they know something is wrong but putting them into a pot and slowly increasing the heat will cook them.

Trying to speed up the Great Reset because four years of Trump undid a lot of their prep is going to hopefully open eyes and have people very pissed off.

Wrong, the only reason it appeared sustainable was because of government intervention.

What was the price of your crop in 2020 compared to current price?

Current prices are a direct result of government intervention. He didn’t have a sustainability problem before that piece of shite pedophile you voted for usurped the office.

That doesn’t fit the script…even though rig count is up, frac spread count is up and the fwd strip is lower than spot (I’d say in backwardation, but that would snarl roadgator’s brain).

What are your ideas on sustainable agriculture? I am very interested in both sustainability and gardening. I work my arse off for my home garden, using sustainable methods such as composting for fertilizer and rainwater harvesting for irrigation. It is a lot of work and my yield is still in no way capable of feeding my family, only supplementing.

How would you suggest that commercial farming could become more sustainable, whether you mean financially or environmentally?

Will we ever see higher production in the Gulf? Highway 90 is depressing.

Too high cost and no one wants to be the last solvent co standing and responsible for all the P&A.

|Most businesses fail, not due to lack of sales but cash flow. In the farming business you have to pay for fuel, fertilizer, seed, labor, months before you sell anything. If your input costs are higher than your savings, or credit line......you just dont plant.

So yes there will be food shortages.
