We cannot have a 4-4 Supreme Court going into Election Day

What happens to all the litigation that will go all the way to the Supreme Court after the election and have the possibility of a tie? We need it filled. Liberals already said they would litigate everything they can. It would be un-American to put our country in that position.

This needs to be thrown in their face every chance we can get!

This may be part of the plan because we can’t rely on Roberts!

you found the perfect excuse for Mitch to go back on his 2016 hold up

A 4-4 Court is feckless. Every Appellate decision that ends in a tied SCOTUS vote remains law.

Well, yes you can. The Republicans did this just 4 years ago. Did you forget already?

Doesn't a 4-4 decision mean whatever the circuit court decided stands?
Dangerous for Trump.
Anyone know what the make up of the courts that cover PA, MI, WI and MN look like?

Interesting point. Hopefully no courts will be involved in determining the results of the election.

Agreed. I believe this is setting up to be a landslide of epic proportions. Huge Hispanic and Black vote swings to the the Republicans. We are witnessing what some may interpret as, divine intervention.

Did you see the four hour lines in Fairfax Virginia on the first day of early voting today?

Nope. We can't.
Especially if trump wins, but then they mysteriously find and add a lot of mail-in votes...a month later...that says Biden wins. Eventually that shite would have to go to the supreme court.
