I watched the lawyers press conference thinking “they guys must be on call 24/7 and have a huge client list”. They’re probably most adept at civil suits and plea bargains.

I saw the family member on TV last night saying some shite about the departed Saint all the while wearing a Pittsburg Pirate baseball cap. I have $50.00 "blood"money that says he couldn't find Pittsburg on a globe if he knew what a globe was.

Not them specifically, but these types of lawyers in general.
Can a plaintiff's lawyer be charged for yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theater?

... Even if his client was shot there the previous day?

For those who may believe the fired officer should hit the city with a civil suit for wrongful termination.....that's gonna require a plaintiff's attorney.

I dunno. I wasn't really responding to that specific question. But while I'm here, I suppose I'd have to say it depends on whether there's actually a fire or not.

**Not trying to be a prick. I guess I probably don't completely understand the question.

I watched that press conference in utter amazement and disbelief.

1. Spoke before investigation
2. Encouraged violence
3. Misrepresented what happened
4. Played up emotions with kids
5. Said police needs be a professional that's looked up to like doctors and lawyers. I kid you not
6. Said if police experience fear of a race.."shouldn't be an officer.

Yep. I've drawn comparison many times between personal injury lawyers and abortionists.

Not even remotely true

Agree.
I've had way more positive than negative encouters with cops, and not because I'm white.

People just tend to remember the assholes doing a-hole things. But think about what these guys have to do every damned day in places like Atlanta. I have friends at APD and you just wouldn't believe the stories. Or maybe you would. It's every bit as bad as you can imagine.

Bosch would just be lighting everyone up.

These guys are civil rights ambulance chasers.

Whomever will represent the fired cop most likely specializes in police union representation.

I’m starting to wonder when the mob thinks police should be allowed to use any force? This guy was drunk and brawling with two officers before pointing a taser at one...you should get shot at that point.
