Inner city Atlanta is as violent as any part of LA, Chicago, Memphis, or St. Louis

Yeah, because every single Southerner had slaves.. every, single, one….

Yeah that's all shite that really happens

Hopefully you didn't need this video to tell you that

What is supposed to be so surprising about this?

For at least 20 years, "The Bluffs" has been a drug spot for the suburban junkies to get heroin. It is close to Georgia Tech. Notorious in ATL. I haven't seen this "movie" but I know all about the Bluffs. Nothing in the movie would surprise me or seem exaggerated. It's known as the absolute worst of the worst places in town.

I work in Midtown. Within the last 12 months, we've had 1) a street shootout in front of my building between the police and a guy who robbed the Chic-Fil-A, 2) a double murder around noon on a workday, and 3) emptied 24 story building due to a bomb threat, which was today.

That's a pretty broad area. Want to give me some specifics?

Yea movies with multi million dollar budgets indeed have the technology to make things look realistic but this movie is as as low budget as the come meaning they didn’t have the technology to make it look realistic because it WAS real.

Nice try at being a smartass. You failed.

Really? No shite? You don’t say. Wow.. I’m fricking amazed that you are smart enough to tell me that I was watching a movie and not a video game. It’s amazing at some of the shite I learn off this website! Thanks

South Fulton county

My wife (no pics) grew up in Palmetto and the family still has 150 undeveloped acres there. It is a shite hole and there isn't enough money to get me to live in that area.

FYI - the hoods in Atlanta only make up about 5% - 10% of the actual city. 80% of shootings/murders within the city of Atlanta are maintained within the hoods.

And many of those hoods that are portrayed to be in the city are actually outside it (South Fulton, South DeKalb, ClayCo).

This thread tells me how sheltered some of yall are.

I grew up in shreveport, race riots circa 1990. Bloods crips straight outta L.A.

The hoods here are down right scary. Granted, less than 10% of the hood residents are criminals, but the ones that are....DAMN.

About Atlanta, we had a convention there and I made a wrong turn. I called a co-worker that lived in metro atl to find my way- and he said WHERE ARE YOU- DUDE- DRIVE OUT OF THERE FAST. I AM BLACK AND DONT GO THERE

Clayton County was pretty awesome when I was a teen. The Olympics came and all the inner city projects were relocated to Clayton and Henry. Turned both places into dumps.

Also, Henry was featured in Ebony and other black mags about being the best place for blacks to relocate. Holy hell.

Going back even further, my dad and mom used to ride bikes from East Point to downtown. That is a suicide run today.

I didn't make it past the first scene. Totally fabricated. No way that drug dealer is cool with them filming him.
