I still think the Dems HIGHLY overestimate the percentage of their voters that actually want the impeachment, support it, or care about it at all.
Their base won't care either way, other than the most ardent tiny little faction of the far, far left that just hate Trump so bad they can't move on. Despite what the media and Dems in congress portray, there's not many of those left.
I'd bet everything that I have that its not playing well at all to moderates and classic liberals, a majority of the people who truly voted for Biden.
The whole point in ousting Trump was to get past him and reinvigorate their progressive movement, and undo all the "divisiveness" he supposedly caused in office.
And here they are almost a month into his term, still focusing on Trunp with the petty infighting. The longer it goes on, the more apparent it becomes to even lefties that their only platform was "Trump BAD!"
