Yes. Her pledge to end fracking for oil and gas in the USA. That's all the link one needs.

Edit to say fracking accounts for over 75% of all gas production and over 60% of all crude oil production and it will only get bigger.

Actually, i think O&G thrived for most of the time Obama was President.

Hmmmm. My camp neighbor put his place up for sale during that time saying the oil business had dropped so much he couldn't afford it any more. Maybe it's just a location thing but I believe he would say you are full of it.

I swear, reading some of y’all posts in here, it seems like Barry was the second coming of Ronald W Reagan... All of a sudden, Obama wasnt far-left at all according to you.

Y’all claim the Left is fear-mongering, but that’s all you’re doing with this ‘Vote for Warren and this is what you’ll get’ nonsense.

I’ve given examples of which policies the dems have moved left on. Federal jobs guarantee, nationalization of energy sector, federal rent control, green new deal, rid of private sector health insurance, just to name a few.

Now, please stop speaking purely out of emotion and tell me specifically how that isn’t much further left or how it wouldn’t be detrimental to the O&G industry.

I remember reading on this board that the oil companies couldn't find enough workers and this was during the Obama years.

And after they wreck the economy with their socialist policies, they'll shriek "capitalism has failed us!"

We are a country whose economy, lifestyle and booming job market are largely based upon transportation. And that is what is different about us and the world. Cut out the market driven transportation in this nation and the economy would be a shadow of itself. You talk about unrest in the big cites. Boom! Plus she speaks of massive taxes on corps and the wealthy. That all sounds good til they haul arse to a place where their wealth and investment is protected and the taxes on corps are advantageous.

No emotion, only facts.

Most of the developed world utilizes public transportation far better than does the US... that is a fact.. And if Warren gets elected (i dont think she will) and her policies encourage more people to carpool, or greater investment into public transportation - even if it hurts in the short term with higher gas prices - then i’m all for it.

The truth is, yall baws’ jobs in O&G are going the way of newspaper printing press jobs in the near future no matter WHO the President winds up being... Sure, ya boy Trump will pay you lip service and tell you otherwise like he did with coal miners, but that industry is about as forward-thinking as oil and gas, meaning the best days are behind you... Sorry to break that to you.. And rest assured podnuh, that ain’t no emotion, ONLY facts speaking.

You would have to be incredibly stupid to NOT know that the Oil and Gas sector did well under Obama.

Oil prices have leveled off in 2014 and never returned to their highs.

It's not the decrease in quality of life that excites them...it's the control.

Everything you’ve posted so far is completely subjective and emotional.

You also ignored my post. Probably because you don’t understand a damn thing about hydrocarbons and this industry.

Ironic that you mention subjective & emotional, since my ‘ignroing’ your post seems to have hurt your delicate feelings.

I’m not in the business of replying to every single post in a thread.. carry on, and i’ll reply if and when i can, thanks.
