I worked out hard for a couple of years starting about 8 years ago When I was 47 Never lifted in my life before. No high school sports
Eventually tore up my shoulders. Recovering from my 4th surgery now. (Sickening feeling when ur pushing up a rep and you feel something pop in your shoulder and the bar comes down on you)
My original goal was to bench 225 3 sets of 10 and do pull ups 3 sets of 10. I thought If it get there, I will be amazingly fit. Seems like it took a year or 18 months to reach my goal.
Then of course I kept increasing weight until I reached my PR of 315 for 3 reps.
A lot of guys at the gym did those short reps intentionally. It makes your chest burn more.
Undoubtably less than 1 in a 100 American men can do 44-135.Go try it , Do 24 half reps and then lock it out for 20 reps.

fricktards on X cut it to only show the last 2-3 reps to claim he was weak.

44 reps at his age is pretty damn solid.

Obviously their audience fell for it too. It is a shame stupid gets to vote in todays world.

440 kg is 968 pounds.

I'm just here to post how Hegseth is a weak pussy only benching that amount and that I bench way more than that while I sit on my morbidly obese fat arse behind a computer while browsing reddit in another tab.

He’s a cabinet secretary. I’m more concerned if he’s qualified to run the Pentagon or stay sober. Him running around and doing PT and larping as if he’s back on active duty is performative bullshite for social media.

I’m sure I’m missing something obvious, but I’m still missing it.

44 Reps of 135# is impressive….for a man his age
Mamdani does that in his sleep because that the only way he could do that many.

Last IAEA sensor readings in 2025 reported that Iran had 440kg of enriched uranium gas. Both the 12-day war of 2025 and this war is tied to that.
