I haven't heard anyone say they know what exactly is meant by nuclear information.
MSM has provided a lot of alternatives as you would expect.
Could be technical specs of our nuclear weapons
Could be technical specs of our nuclear enrichment
Could be about our our nuclear deterrence capabilities
Could be about the nuclear capabilities of an adversary
Could be about nuclear power
They don't know and I haven't seen any of them imply that they do.

Cool. The Soviets had spies embedded within the Manhattan Project and when Truman told him ev at the Potsdam Conference the US possessed a powerful new weapon he didn’t seen that interested (because he secretly already knew all about it). And we didn’t know about this until he detonated his own bomb years before we expected the USSR to have one.
