It's at mark 1:09 and as clear as day says "Vietnam veteran times" and then goes in to say serving right after the war. I'll admit it is suspect as frick but it is far far far from stolen valor and doesn't come close to the level of cadet bone spurs. I'll surrender some ground here but this is not near the level of what the op suggested.
