There is a stupid adoption waiting list.

I'm not sure of the exact numbers, however.

The requirements for adoption need to be reduced drastically. We have willing parents to take these kids in and they're suffering in foster care. That's a whole new thread tho.

Us pro-lifers aren’t trying to take away a woman’s right. We’re trying to protect the rights of the baby that is to be aborted.

I understand the rape argument, and it’s a strong argument, but let’s be honest. Majority of abortions aren’t because of rapes. They aren’t because of medical conditions. They’re because of irresponsibility. Plain and simple. So the pro-choice crowd can clutch their pearls and describe a lower percentage situation on why abortions should be legal but facts are it’s just a way out of a situation they were too irresponsible (both man and woman) to prevent to begin with. And pro-lifers believe a baby shouldn’t pay the price for irresponsibility.

Do Your Own Research

“It is difficult to find reliable statistics to answer this question. Some sources estimate that there are about 2 million couples currently waiting to adopt in the United States — which means there are as many as 36 waiting families for every one child who is placed for adoption.”

You linked to life news which linked to an article that no longer exists, nice work.

How the hell can I find your source? What if I had googled it and found something completely different? When you throw out a number the burden of proof is on you.

I dont want my political capital spent on something that I dont care about.

Some of Trump's biggest "wins" are on Israel which I really DGAF about. Give us a win on the border or infrastructure.

I could not give a single frick about single black mothers in Alabama aborting fetuses that we ultimately pay for and that will vote Dem at an 85% clip.

Ironic how liberals would rather kill the resulting baby from a rape yet be against the death penalty for that same rapist. Immoral scum!

I linked the American Adoptions website. Not sure what you’re talking about.

Yeah. I’m a little unsure of this.

Read an article that Missouri legislature is considering a similar bill. Why? Let the Alabama bill wind through the courts.

Incrementalism is always the way laws change for issues like this. And it’s acxompanied by winning the PR war. Long before SCOTUS gave gays the right to plat house, the public had largely accepted it. You don’t win the legal game without winning the PR game.

As much as they love to feed and protect the parasites of society, they are only too eager to allow the mass killing of what they consider to be nothing more than a clump of parasitic cells.

I think this is a game the hardliners are playing while the conservatives have control of the SCOTUS. Most people aren't hardliners and don't really want this to be an issue. There are far more important things to worry about.
