Why do they call it "Reproductive freedom" or "Reproductive health care" when it's reproduction they want to eliminate?
Because being a champion for "a woman's right to murder her child" kinda grates on the ears of even the loudest proponents of abortion.

it will eliminate statutory rape laws for consenting minors, since the amendment provides an unqualified ‘fundamental right to reproductive freedom’ to every ‘individual,’ without any limitation on age,
I do not see the logic here. How would that language eliminate statutory rape laws?

Because that would restrict the kid’s right to screw who they want.
Screwing is part of reproduction.

Does Virginia charge kids in statutory rape cases?

I meant to add more to this - is the idea that a 50 year old man can use his right to reproductive freedom to have sex with underage girls? If so, that seems like a very big stretch.

I think the focus is the combination of:
(A) a restriction on “burdening”
(B) a specific standard of review of “least restrictive means” and
(C) it being a constitutional amendment
Nevertheless, I agree; don’t think the state would have difficulty showing legitimate interest and least restrictive means for statutory rape statutes

North Virginia, Minnesota, and Wisconsin have to have the highest concentration of whacked out white people on the planet

Well, Democrats are generally immoral according to God's law, so that would make sense that they are trying to remove restrictions on sin.
Says the supporter of the deity who never changes and on whom objective morality rests who has created and endorsed the magic abortion potion of Numbers 5 which does not require the consent of the pregnant mother to test her faithfulness by killing her unborn child if she committed adultery.

They are trying to import Muslims. Think about it. That close to DC? Free Democrat voters, and all of the taxes will run out Republicans that would normally oppose them.
Im convinced that is the plan, and all of these taxes and law changes are putting it into motion. When the time comes, they'll start destroying all of the monuments and memorials.

It's almost like they actually read the Old Testament and didn't grasp that it was written by rapey Bronze Age savages.

Among other wild consequences, it will eliminate statutory rape laws for consenting minors, since the amendment provides an unqualified ‘fundamental right to reproductive freedom’ to every ‘individual,’ without any limitation on age,” Hetzler warned. “This is wrong and extremely dangerous for Virginia.”
Minors aren't the only ones protected by statutory rape laws. The mentally incompetent and prison inmates also come to mind. Does this mean inmates can now have consensual sex with guards? Certainly not as compelling as protecting children but it would be a disaster for prisons.

Does it say anything about you telling bald-faced lies? Because there's divinely sanctioned rape all up in there.
As for the women, the children, the livestock and everything else in the city, you may take these as plunder for yourselves. And you may use the plunder [Yahweh] your God gives you from your enemies.
Deuteronomy 20:14
if you notice among the captives a beautiful woman and are attracted to her, you may take her as your wife. Bring her into your home and have her shave her head, trim her nails and put aside the clothes she was wearing when captured. After she has lived in your house and mourned her father and mother for a full month, then you may go to her and be her husband and she shall be your wife. If you are not pleased with her, let her go wherever she wishes. You must not sell her or treat her as a slave, since you have dishonored her.
— Deuteronomy 21:10–14 (NIV)[88]
— Deuteronomy 20:14 (NIV)[86]
17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
18 But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves
Numbers 31:17-18
If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered,
29. he shall pay her father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.
— Deuteronomy 22:22–29 (NIV)[93]
That last one does show minor disaproval of non-divinely sanctioned rape. Exactly 50 shekels worth. But not to the girl, though. The savages that wrote that one clearly saw the rape of a young girl as a crime against her father and not against her.

Abortion kills babies, and destroys nations. Across Europe, nations are in various stages of collapse. Most notabily - Great Britian, Germany, and France. It got so bad in Great Britain during the Keir Starmer era the Brits were stunned when statistics showed reports that 250,000 young women admitted being raped by roving bands of Islamic youth.
Recently reports indicate our population growth here in America has become stagnant - with grave implications for the survival of our Constitutional Republic. We're even hearing absurd suggestions that we now consider letting illegal aliens into our Armed Forces. A move reminiscent of the collapse of ancient Rome.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
President Trump is right about.........everything.
.......my poor grandchildren and great grandchildren.
