For all we know, the whole matter becomes moot before a ruling either through a political turnover in VA or the formation of the new state of Central Virginia.

Possibly, but while all that is going on, the citizens of VA and others around the country in a frenzy start buying up ammunition and depleting supply AND driving the price up...

So, as a gun owner, why stand by to watch laws get passed?

Which state is which on the Earp posse?

I’m guessing Texas is Doc Holliday.

Virginia is hilarious thinking they own the state that is pretty hard red other than a handful of counties. They think because they own majorities that now what they want is inevitable.

I doubt it will get to the extent of someone high up getting shot, but the tree of liberty is in need of some blood with the corruption that is D.C. Ironic that if a "Civil War/Strife" starts it will be where it all started.

He's also crazy if he thinks he's gonna have State Police and/or National Guard confiscate weapons from hardworking red-blooded Americans. He fails to realize that most of these people that staff State Police and National Guard are from the Red areas.

Exactly! Who's gonna take the guns? A posse of legislators? The VANG? The US Army?

The african American neighborhood will be the only ones with guns. Thats the plan. The elites needs slaves paying taxes to keep them in their lavish lifestyle. Republicans do a good job of working and paying taxes. For the test to sit on their arse and watch.

The test will be “Do they form a new state” or “Do they hang the bastards?”, IMHO.

I mean it isn’t like there is history of the state splitting over a major issue. Oh, wait.

Right.

West Va. Left without following the legal formalities. It got a free pass. The precedent is there.

(Incidentally, Va. would still be red if West Va. was still a part of it.)

So if VA calls in the National Guard can the President call in the military on the National Guard?

There will be a white man in blackface going door to door. Have your weapons ready.

As much as I disagree with the premise, you're basically saying people are getting cheaper products by illegally trafficking them into states.

Let’s make them, left to right, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia.

Sorry Landmass, you get forgotten again.

If it is for personal use, it isn’t trafficking.

This isn’t John Gotti and Henry Hill bringing in triple tractor trailers of cigarettes from NC to NYC. This is John and Jane Doe making a smoke run to the reservation or NH because you can get four cartons there for the price of one carton at home.

West Virginia left because a) it voted overwhelmingly against secession from the Union and b) it was wrested from Virginia by the Union army during the Civil War.

There was no need for legalities as it was essentially conquered.
