I’ve watched the 3 minute video. More than once.
Crowder’s behavior is horrific.
She didn’t release the video. Her family did it. After he berated her on his show claiming that the divorce was his fault bc he “picked wrong.” And after he agreed in the proceedings not to discuss the divorce on his show.
I used to think Crowder was funny. Now I think he’s an a-hole.
It is demeaning and dehumanizing to tell your wife to “watch it” or to inform her that she should be “disciplined” for failing to do her “wifely duties.” They probably only had one car so he could control her. It looked to me from the video that she was trying to leave the house to just get a moment’s peace.
Steven Crowder deserves nothing but bad things. He’s an embarrassment to men, and to conservatives everywhere.

Not excusing Crowder's other behavior, but lets assume we reverse the roles and a housewife is telling a man who's potentially refusing to work hard enough to support their family that he's not doing his "husbandly duties" and to "watch it" because their argument is treading onto ground they've already discussed and he's already admitted she was correct on.
Is that still demeaning and dehumanizing?

Meh…. Depends what has taken place behind closed doors. Maybe she’s a pig and he has been bitching about coming home to messy house bc he married someone that isn’t contributing to her wifey duties. Yes - it is demeaning and dehumanizing for one spouse to behave as if the other is his or her slave.
It is inexcusable for one spouse to suggest that the other is subject to discipline. WTAF.

Ok, so I just watched the video and I saw something weird happen near the end of the video. It looked like the video skipped a bit. So, I went back and rewatched it, and the video skips time twice. At around 25 seconds in, the camera timer goes from 12:35:22 to 12:36:02, and at 2:34, the video skips from 12:38:07 to 12:38:15. This is very odd, and I really want to know why that time was cut out.

Certainly based on his behavior in this video, Crowder appears to be a manipulative and entitled diva. Yet what high paid infotainment talking head isn’t?
Look, I’m no special pleader for Crowder and I’m only aware of his schtick because of discussions over his material discussed on this forum. Yet beyond the fact that Crowder is an a-hole, I’m not willing to make a pronouncement on what led to the breakup of the marriage based solely on this video snippet.
