That’s opinions, granted we know the intent. Of course I wish I could gave reached through a screen and grab them by their neck

These scumbag traitor parasite politicians should be investigated, arrested and jailed for inciting an insurrectionist coup encouraged by these disgusting cretans.
I am sick to these obstructionist, POS losers. They do not represent our country.

Context?
Truncated clip that is in NO WAY similar to the SS Video.
Nice try, you fail.

Context?
The context is that Obama was President in 2016 when Hegseth told the Liberty Forum of Silicon Valley,
quote:
I do think there have to be consequences for abject war crimes. If you’re doing something that is just completely unlawful and ruthless, then there is a consequence for that. That’s why the military said it won’t follow unlawful orders from their commander-in-chief. There’s a standard, there’s an ethos. There’s a belief that we are above what so many things that our enemies or others would do.
He followed these comments with criticism of Obama
The leader of the GOP called similar comments “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR” that should be “punishable by DEATH.”
Rules for thee but not for me.....

Still is in no way similar to what the SS said.

How is saying not to follow unlawful orders different than saying they won't follow unlawful orders, exactly?

Slow, we’ve done this dance two or three times- let’s find something new to fight over.

Why are they emphasizing this NOW?
Why don't they clearly define what the frick they are talking about?
Why don't they state publicly what they believe the illegal orders are?
Do you believe they have specifics in mind? Why would they not state what those are?
A cynic would believe they are trying to sow confusion, you know, like something the CYA would do. I wonder how any of them are connected to the CIA? Since you profess to know everything why don't you tell us how any of them are connected to the CIA?

They thought it would be so cool like the celebs did for Obama...
Very insurrectiony

The ops going on with the drug boats, I reckon.
The admin is pushing the boundaries of legal behavior there.

Why would they?
They can speak generally and create a huge target OR do what you ask and limit that target severely. That seems to be an inefficient strategy to limit themselves when they don't have to.

The DOD has definitions for illegal orders.E.G, shooting unarmed civilians/noncombatants. They know the legal boundaries at the officer level.

That was like a different time, man

Hegseth and Kelly said the same thing. Which is the same thing that the DoD Law of War Manual (warning: large .pdf file) says at page 1075:
So what's the problem with what Kelly said?
If trump didn't have double standards, he would have no standards at all.

He wasn't speaking directly to members of the military. I'd say that's a pretty large difference.

Have any of them bothered to specify which orders are illegal or unconstitutional?
Slotkin was asked point blank on CNN of all places and she couldn't provide an example.

Slutkin is back at it.
