Fox News won’t report it so it doesn’t exist
Oh wow - here is another lib original. Thinking that Fox News is the epicenter of conservative talking points akin to CNN and MSNBC, and pretty much every other media outlet being the same for the left. When in actuality, most conservatives realize that Fox is in the same grouping, especially after they called AZ a Biden win early as hell in the 2020 election.

Are you really this fricking stupid in real life, or is this just your message board schtick?

I'm interested in why we even need to discuss a ceasefire and a 15 point plan if it's mission accomplished. I thought we already won? What's left to go over?
And, where's the regime change?
OP is the dumbest motherfricker on this board.

When did the US start negotiating with terrorists (terrorist states)?
What confidence does Trump have in "Iranian leaders" to speak truthfully about anything?
I thought the main goal was to halt Iran's nuclear weapons program or at least delay it for a few years. I would think that has been at least partially (if not greatly) achieved. Destroying nearly all (95% I hear) of their missile launchers makes it extremely difficult (not impossible) for Iran to deploy a nuclear weapon. IMO that's about as good as it can get without putting troops in that country.
But the issue that Trump pivots to is what do we do about keeping the strait open. Over the last few weeks several possible options have been mentioned. These include: the US may do nothing at all and/or it's mainly a European concern. Does it now seem as if the US will rely on Iran to insure this happens? Wait, what?
Furthermore, Trump has deferred the "all hell will break loose on Iran" so many times I can't keep track of it. Allies are confused and enemies are laughing I suppose.
I agree with most of Trump's policy. However, I am really uncertain what to make of this conflict with Iran at the moment.

It’s really going to come down to whether there are teeth in the nuclear inspection program. If there are, then we won. If not…

Did we remove Iran's nuclear capabilities?

What did we achieve?
It's fairly apparent Saudi, UAE, Qatar, and Oman had their fill of Iran and its destabilizing antics over the years. Iran basically destroyed Lebanon and saw to it the Palestinians continued scrapping any chance of peace or semblance of prosperity.
If the disruptive stuff continues in the aftermath, then your question will have some bite.
Right now, until the troglodyted IRGC begins to emerge, and Iran's new leadership surfaces, we won't know much. There are stories breaking that Bahrain was hit with a missile this morning, long after the supposed ceasefire. That could represent anything from fake news to a schism in command, to communication so disrupted that ceasefire news didn't get through.
If nothing else, the two weeks will give us opportunity to do some intel in the aftermath. Again, time will tell.

I just wanted it over. Great from Trump for stopping. The whole thing seems pointless, though.

Where did he promise in his campaign that we would never engage other countries that pose legitimate threats to America and our allies in combat?
You fricking tard.

None of the wars or engagements have been with nations that threatened the US in combat and the only reason Iran was going to hit Israel was that Israel for weeks openly planned to hit Iran first.
Can you outline in his campaign where he mentions having to support Israel in offensive operations?
Because I can show you a dozen videos of him promising to keep us out of wars and we’ve fought in two already, run regime change in a third and are openly planning another in Cuba as we speak while sending deranged Easter tweets about genociding a nation of 90M in his first two years of office.
It’s wild to see guys who openly and repeatedly posted support for his pro-peace platform during the campaign and talk about their Christianity now pretend that never happened and loudly support hitting civilian targets and infrastructure literally on Easter.

Care to explain what new war Trump has started?
Posted on 4/8/26 at 11:30 am to BarnHater
The one he’s currently negotiating a settlement to?
The one he finished previously against that same country?
If someone flew planes over DC and Atlanta bombing us I’m pretty sure you’d consider those acts of war.
