Bill going to child rape island over 20 times means that he's definitely a pedophile.
Once you admit that bill is indeed a pedophile... then it's not that much of a leap to believe he raped lil boys also.
Wouldn't surprise me if we eventually find out that bill took part in killing lil kids at some point during one of his visits to child rape island.
