Utah school got lucky today. Bomb did not go off

But was it an assault bomb? Single shot or bolt action bombs for hunting are fine, but there is just no place in society for high capacity assault bombs. Why would anyone need them?

Either way the NBA gets the blame right? (National Bomb Association) I hear they are against raising the age to 21 for fully semi automatic assault bombs.
