That building roof that the shooter was on looks like it has LESS slope than the roof that the counter snipers were positioned on. You could practically play a pickup flag football game on that roof.
My 5yr old grand daughter could come up with a story way more plausible than that load of shite. Does “Dr. CheatIe” even understand what roof slope is? Absolutely no effort to try to make their excuses even remotely believable!

With every f'up of plan, action and response leads me to believe that rooftop was left exposed intentionally. Someone at the top who controlled the security plan of that event made sure the AGR building roof was not included in the security coverage of that event. A man with a gun (identified as a person of interest) ends up on that roof, gets noticed by Law Enforcement and SS snipers anywhere btwn 30 and 2 mis prior to getting off 8 rounds before being neutralized. The odds this happens organically or by chance is beyond astronomical. The assasin had advance notice that rooftop was unsecured. Everyone stop trying to rationalize incompetence and realize that this assassination attempt was allowed to happen.
