The wife was a lawyer as well. For the NGO. Billions and billions of waste in our form of government.

Some. Others can be mixed into different domestic funding or purely state funding.

USAID is for outside the USA. It was originally to promote the USA overseas. I am aware of one oil/gas project to provide stability in a region which should bring a profit back with Dept of State funding. So, it's more of a loan. The exports of agriculture goods is as much to subsidize US farmers by keeping demand for them higher, thus price is higher. There used to be a requirement of a certain percentage to be on US flagged ships which 40 years ago was 2-3X the cost for freight for foreign flagged ships. In the late 1970's when there was a crop collapse in Russia, the amount of grain shipped there, which they paid full price for. We didn't have enough cargo ships, so much of it went into oil tankers, most were built for WWII, after the cargo tanks thoroughly cleaned and wooden boxes built around pumps. They got rid of the smell in the cargo tanks with bottles of vanilla extract so they would pass inspection.

Matthew Lesko ran late night commercials I can recall in the 80s, could have been in the 70s, promoting his book on free government programs. Showed how the federal government was giving away billions of dollars and how to get a piece of the pie. It's only grown since then. Stop giving thw government the money if they're not going to be good stewards. Now how to do that?

USAID is primarily outside the US. And the budget was approximately 25 billion. That much is probably filtered through the 435 departments and agencies to NGOs and stolen every two weeks.
Here is one of my favorite scams the Consumer Financial Protection Agency.
An agency formed by Elizabeth Warren.......with no oversight from the govt. none, it was designed that way.
Now it was billed as stopping big bad banks from overcharging some poor black man in some southern city outrageous interest rates. Given how same day pay loans are making enough to sponsor stadiums throughout the US, Id say they kinda were not focused on that.
Nope what Elizabeth did was use it exactly the way the five families operated in NYC. She would go to a bank and fine them for some nonsense. They could pay the full amount, or they could pay half if it was sent to an NGO....of her choosing.
She was also notorious for using her power through this "agency" to debank companies and people.
Remember how this was one of the first agencies Trump dismantled? Remember how he always referred to her as Pocahontas? You see how Trump is now suing JP Morgan and Jamie Dimon for debanking him? Is this all making sense now...........
