Whatever finance office he is in, will struggle a bit with him in chains.

I mean by military law he can call for the impeachment of POTUS as a Flag officer but he just ended his career for a political stunt.

Take him to gitmo.

You don’t have free speech when you are property of the American government. It’s pretty clear and every service member knows it.

I’m guessing he was already fricked one way or another and decided to make points with the left so he could claim political persecution.

Dishonorable discharge, he didn't even care enough to protest out of uniform. Court Martial.

I think he just earned his stripes.

I have known officers that lost their commission.

Exactly, a stunt to kick off his campaign, so he can represent all the little skittles eating ninjas

Does he automatically get a dishonorable discharge now.

He knowingly chose to protest in uniform to drive his point harder. Idiot.

So, if he broke rules for the military will he lose his retirement?

If so, I think it's interesting that he was accompanied by the future former rep Al Green.

I gotta think that for the former officer to protest like that, knowing that he would be forgoing his retirement, was he getting paid to protest?
