The supreme court just ruled that the administration can terminate the TPS status for Haiti and Syria, which had been on an 18 month roll over for years. Sets precedence for the other countries as their timeline expires.
The courts also ruled lower courts cant continue to block.
The executive branch is not telling employers to fire them, just telling them their work permits will be cancelled, which TPS had allowed.
It is just like Iran, some lingering shat no President wanted to deal with and Trump is left to clean it up.
Hondurans on tps have been here since........frigging Clinton. They literally have anchor grandbabies.
Under tps, since it is "supposed" to be temporary, there is no path to citizenship.
If we follow policy, any anchor babies go home with them and can return when they are a legal adult. Not to be handed off to a "sponsor" so they can get benefits.
An ugly mess indeed, just like Iran, and all the 20 million illegals, all the theft, dei nonsense, voting theft, and all the other unpleasant, and often unpopular shat Trump is trying to clean up.
