I don't think that's right. Pretty sure it's a majority of votes FOR an actual person. In other words, votes of "Present" don't count toward the total.

But just researched and found out my Rep has been there since 2003. He won unopposed this year it seems. I have no clue who Carter is or what he stands for though.
