I just want to point out that had the so called November disaster been a huge roaring success like everyone claimed it would be, none of this would be happening. The establishment repub would have passed right through because the republican opposition would not have had the numbers to stop him. As it turns out, the narrow Republican majority gives a massive amount of power to a small but effective group of Republican lawmakers to oppose the frickery of the republican establishment.

Gaetz and probably 5 more (which is a problem for McCarthy) with never vote for McCarthy. They are EXTREMELY pissed at how McCarthy spent money against Harthorne in NC to take him out. There is real and tangible animist there and you are seeing it right now. This is retribution.

Anyone that refers to Matt Gaetz as "stupid" has a severe lack of judgement. You may hate Matt Gaetz and his politics but he is not stupid. He is witty, quick on his feet, a rhetorical genius and proving to be political juggernaut.
