Who's revenue stream? The governments? Look at this current issue, a bunch of faith-based groups see a potential revenue stream, so they support illegal immigration policies and reform, to allow grants to exist for illegal immigration, so they can get them.

A business, or the government would do the same exact thing.

True statements:

1. Solving a problem is not the only, nor main stream of revenue, finding a way to make that problem a revenue stream is often far more efficient at revenue creation.

2. Revenue Streams are not the end-all be-all do good mechanism in the world, and like anything else - they can be corrupted. Heavily.

3. Some problems require solutions that are not bound by revenue targets.


And I say this as a staunch conservative. I think one of the biggest issues with conservatives is the blind allegiance to "capitalism," as the thing that will solve every ill.

Planned Obsolescence is a very smart way to build revenue stream. Is that a morally good thing to do?
