Updated thoughts on McCarthy?

In Israel he was all-in on more Ukraine money and support. Previously he said there could be no more "blank checks" on Ukraine. He seems fully aligned with McConnell now, with regard to Ukraine. Mitch came out just after McCarthy's speech and echoed the same sentiments.
What's the confidence level like now with McCarthy? He got elected on various positions and promises and he's steadily backtracking. Of course, there's been no motion to vacate either.
Are we seeing more of the same from the Republicans in Congress?

Wanted to add:
McCarthy stood in Israel, in front of an Israeli flag, and promised continued support for Ukraine, with Nazis. This guy is a dope. Even worse, the Republicans behind him all clapped like circus animals.

What dynamic? Both sabotaged the GOP. Both spend like crazy. Both cave to Democrats. Both vote for MIC money like crazy. Both go back on promises. McCarthy is known a Pelosi Light and was modeled after Paul Ryan, who worked hand in hand with McConnell.
They are on the same team - the DC Uni-Party team.
You think there's some friction there - it's all theater. They have both worked to steer our nation in the same direction: down the shitter.
Yet, you make excuses for him. This is why things never change.

He did not release the tapes. They need to impeach biden and schiff
Play dirty and mean business. The trial in the senate would expose the laptop and Schiff's lies.
I know there would not be a conviction but Democrats would have to go on record with their vote. This lack of fight is depressing.

I don’t hate him but that is more a matter of him exceeding my low expectations.
I would rather someone else but he is doing the job he claimed he would do and doesn’t appear to be a complete sack of shite like Paul Ryan.

Read the Constitution. Reps do not get impeached in the same manner as the President. Each house controls the qualifications of their members.

McCarthy is playing it just like a Uniparty member in good standing should....he's all in on the Ukraine proxy war and he's allowing just enough R congressional investigations to give an appearance of being tough on Groomer corruption.....but not one person will be held accountable.
