Chances one of the "protesters" was smart enough to pick it up?

Not sure if Texas has this law but is it possible that everyone that mobbed that car can be charged with homicide?
Texas has a felony murder law. But I don't know if you could charge them with a feeling unless you charge them with something like menacing or some other charger to make it a felony.
This is Austin so they aren't going to do that.

Anyone carrying an AK47 out in public in a crowd is looking for trouble. Anyone approaching someone with an AK47 who isn't with you is really looking for trouble. He found trouble.

quote:Excellent catch. Definitely the loud report of a rifle versus a pistol. Not only did he approach the car with a weapon but it appears he shot at it. That will DEFINITELY not make it into the news.
Sounds like the rifle shot the first five

It can probably be determined if the rifle was fired, if it was collected by police.

Reading the twitter comments on that situation causes me great despair for Trump in November and our country beyond.

First five by the rifle, next three by a pistol, and if you listen real close, there is another rifle report just after the last pistol report.

I'm beginning to think the BLM and Antifa protesters are actually droids of some sort.

The spent AK brass should absolve the shooter of any wrong doing.

Love it. Decide you own the street. Approach a vehicle firing your weapon. People in car fire back.

“Maybe the dead guy fired after he was dead. “
Why not he will still be able to vote.

My sister is all about these peaceful protests so I knew she'd have the current meme.

I love how the left can lie with impunity and the media covers their backs for them.

I believe that law applies during the commission of a felony. If blocking a car on a road is a felony, then I'd say let a Texas jury settle it.
