Yup...

Gotta be a guilty. You know damn well at least one of them would hold out for a guilty, thus a hung.

I mean, unless the two lawyers in the room really took control and told them they had to discredit all of Cohen's testimony bc he lied, thus everything else is BS.

If there was a Trump supporter on that jury they are either the most persuasive juror in history or they folded like a cheap suit.

Definitely a guilty verdict. If the jury were hung, this would continue for several more days.

Legally he can still run.

However, this clownshow of a judge may sentence him to home detention at a minimum to prevent him from campaigning.

Assuming guilty, it will be appealed immediately.

An appeal wouldn't be heard for months however.

Guilty. I don't think he is. I think it's the verdict

If and when appealed, does it go to the SCOTUS?

The only question is how many counts will they vote guilty. It could be 2 or it could be 34.

I'm surprised they could get through 34 charges in a day and a half.

An appeal may be heard by SCOTUS in the October 2026 term, and that is optimistic. It would have to go through the NY state court system first.
