Serious question, what law did the driver break? Over riding his vision and therefore failure to control vehicle is all i can think of. But my experience is that people are not charge with anything for hitting people who walked onto the interstate.

I wish she had employed some empathy for others, or maybe even just observed the social contract and the laws of her country, and not engaged in violent Leftist Street Theatre On a major interstate . I read where the driver was an Ethiopian immigrant. He was driving a late model Jaguar seemingly living the American dream. Now, thanks too BLM his life is destroyed. Irony is a bitch sometimes.

Yes, it was bad and I do feel for their families but objectively they had no one to blame but themselves. Who thought it was a good idea to create a road block a night on an interstate and then stand out in the highway behind the blockade. These idiots are lucky they didn't create a multi-car pileup on the interstate and they are absolutely complicit in the accident that did occur.

Yes. And a functioning city government would’ve arrested them after 5 minutes of blocking the freeway. Not come to pick up their almost dead bodies after 1 hour of ineffectively trying to block the freeway from all traffic so as to enable their juvenile actions.

Autopsy will reveal she had the China flu thus the cause of her death, hey it's being used as an excuse with other deaths of 90 year-olds with multiple underlying conditions, thus releasing the Ethiopian guy of any criminal charges.
