If there was cheating, they would have cheated all the way to ensure there was no runoff wouldn't they? Why only cheat partially?
The fact that Warmock is short of a runoff by just a few thousand votes of something like two million cast shows there is little likelihood of cheating. Had there been cheating they would have added 10,000 votes to the cheating and won it for Warmock right now, no runoff.

Why do you think Kemp got 200K more votes than Walker? Why do you think Warnock got 100K more votes than Abrams? Because candidate quality still matters.
