Not that you are contextualizing the UN situation with even an ounce of honesty, but at some point, you'll learn that laughing at Trump is not where one's energy should be focused, nor is it a winning strategy. It sounds like the US is going to be able to keep a lot of their money in house since the rest of these countries evidently no longer need our aid and can fully fund their national defense.

Call them kleptocrats and oligarchs, etc. but Putin and his buddies are in it for the money. I will say this, things work better in Russia these days then when Yeltsin was running things and more people there are making money....it's still a poor country overall but it's market oriented
