That's certainly a possibility, but you're aware that it's no longer considered a probability, right? Not universally, anyway.
It used to be. Scientists used to look at the known universe and figure, "Out of all of those possibilities, the numbers come down on the side of there statistically being other life out there."
But since they have learned about DNA and now can calculate the odds of all the amino acids being present in the right conformations and combinations for life to spontaneously form on this planet, those odds are bigger than the number of possibilities in the estimated universe.
Of course, there's always the chance that life could have started elsewhere in a fashion that doesn't depend on DNA or amino acids. But since we literally know nothing about whatever kind of life that might be, there's no way to consider the probability of it.

What’s in Roswell has been covered in TV shows. I think they interbred with humans and formed a master race. That was the show Roswell New Mexico.

Yeah, I disagree on that. The stuff seen even back then was 100x more advanced than what we have now. I don't have the slightest clue what it is, but I don't think it was CIA or our military.
