As Tuskegee University implements a strict new dress code, its president and CEO is responding to critics who argue the measures go too far.
Ret. Maj. Gen. Mark Brown detailed the HBCU's "unapologetic" new policy, which will require suits for business meetings and ban du-rags and other non-religious headwear from the classroom.
“We are a university of standards. I believe all of higher education should be a university of standards,” Brown tells Fox News Digital.

All public schools in the big blue cities are just grateful when the kids show up, and some are now paying them to attend daily, this guy is just being demanding. I bet he could easily win this battle if he implements a bonnet and doo-rag buyback program.

Since when? White women were wearing bonnets to protect their perms long before blacks decided they were of vital importance to their “culture” for example.

I do not know when they became part of black culture, but they are now.
