I answered the question specifically as it pertains to criminality
Then you said you wanted personal moral analysis and I don't have data for that. I don't think he's Jesus and assume he has some moral shortcomings, though. There isn't really much else to say about the issue and it's not really relevant to the discussion, but I did entertain your question and give you an honest answer

It would take a whole lot of direct, credible evidence to call his pardon into question and there isn't a likely or rational path towards that evidentiary accumulation

They would litigate the issue pre-trial. Think about the case where Presidential immunity was created. That was all pre-trial and pre-conviction.

Does the pardon cover him for just one federal crime or multiple? Can it be a blanket pardon for a set number of years? For instance, this person is being pardoned during this time frame, regardless if they committed any crimes?
