Does the pardon cover him for just one federal crime or multiple? Can it be a blanket pardon for a set number of years? For instance, this person is being pardoned during this time frame, regardless if they committed any crimes?

What is the statute of limitations on the charge of accessory to murder of multiple millions of people?
Not a relevant question for the thread.
I'm pretty sure that you were the first in the thread to bring up the statute of limitations, so not relevant checks.

I am still constantly amazed that you have no shame and you're not embarrassed that you join a conversation, try to throw your weight around, claim that the reasonable people are being "emotional" and can't understand the facts, I challenge you with questions - you disappear. It's amazing that you never develop a conscience. You are a coward and a fraud. I have been pointing out this behavior for years and you never learn.
A real, rational person would think "Since I can't answer questions when I'm challenged, maybe I should reconsider my positions and stop being condescending to people." But you don't and that's what makes you the legendary SFP who is universally hated on this board. You may not see it but, I'm trying to help you and you are the most recalcitrant person ever.

Is this your super melt b/c you just saw me exchange with someone who isn't unhinged and you got jealous?
Posted on 6/20/26 at 11:37 am to SlowFlowPro
It's incredible. You get called out for being condescending and what's your response? A condescending quip with juvenile words like "melt" and "jealous" instead of answering the questions you got asked when you were being condescending to everybody in another thread
wow
wow

Just. Like. Epstein. Horrible crimes committed for all the world to see, yet no one is punished. Our politicians and 3 letter agencies are frauds on the American people.
Good post btw

So you have no thoughts on the validity of his pardon? With your vast law expertise you should be able to cobble together a 200 year old case that would pertain to this.

Those would be illegal if they tried, but they could still theoretically try (and 5A would apply).
If Fauci pled the 5th under those absurd circumstances, the destructive reputational effect would be satisfactory.

My comment was directly responding to you, and the law isn't settled.
I imagine it will be ruled valid if challenged
Posted on 6/20/26 at 12:14 pm to SlowFlowPro
How so would it be valid? Has a pardon ever been challenged before the supreme court?

The pardon power is supposed to be very broad. It may even be a case where the supreme Court says they don't have the authority to rule on the matter.

They have ruled on every aspect of executive powers.. Why would they have an issue with this one?

The concept is that that the pardon would be non-justiciable.
Other executive actions have been judged to be non-justiciable

I see.
There are several hands still left to play on fauchis.
Roll the dice and charge him with a crime. This will more than likely not make it to the supreme court. With all of the new data coming out about his collusion with the Intel agencies and big pharma, it would benifit congress to get him to testify before them. He can't plead the 5th

He can. We discussed that ITT

If he doesn't answer Congress questions they can hold him in contempt.
