Well they said something different in the video. Nothing i heard said US needs to step down and follow chinas/russias lead…
I think all of it is bad idea. Prof Jiang is a game theorist and his point of sharing the wealth to stave off conflict is absolutely correct… I just believe the conflict is worth it to prevent a one world government

Do you believe we can afford to maintain our empire given its cost and our debt?
If not you by definition believe we must cede hegemony somewhere to become sustainable.
Absent reduction in spending, a massive increase in revenue or a debt jubilee of some sort I don’t see anyway to avoid pulling back to some degree.
