The last thing I read the DA is bending/ changing the law and charging him with a felony. It was a misdemeanor, now a felony.

In New York city you cam steal a car, rape a girl, and shoot someone in a robbery and be released the same day.

That being said, Trump will face 25 years

Question? If I go to a lawyer and have that lawyer draw a contract betweeen 2 parties that is signed by that party, how did I break any law?

Isn't the statute of limitations 2yrs on the misdemeanor & 5yrs on the felony? Not that any of that concerns the left, as the law & the Constitution mean nothing to them. They just want the optics of a perp walk & a mugshot to justify & continue their attack(s).

This will backfire. They are making charges up.

They have exposed themselves.

Nobody is going to jail. Again, seeing is believing.

This case isn't going to trial. It's all just a scam to keep him from becoming President again. This way, the talking heads in the MSM can say nightly "Donald Trump, who is currently under criminal indictment, .......". Once the 2024 election is over, this case goes away.

He will be in custody just long enough to take a quick perp pic. Both sides will use it to raise money from stupid people.

No serious person thinks he is going to prison. Dems included.

The key is him not being labeled a felon by law.

No chance he goes to prison. He doesn't deserve to. Additionally, the Dems want us to rally around him so he can be the nominee. That can't happen if he is behind bars.

I don’t know how you put a President in prison. The Secret Service has to be with him.

My guess would be that he would be sentenced to house arrest and the loss of other freedoms.

I believe HRC received an $8,000 fine for the same offense.

So, no incarceration for DJT.
