Marc Richt was probably the most controversial pardon of my lifetime. His wife Denise was a dime piece and I'm almost positive Bill Clinton was tapping that.

This is exactly my feeling on the pardon. Disagree, but the legality of the Arpaio pardon is backed up by Constitution and the SCOTUS. Democrats would be on shaky ground bringing up those charges.

It's not, not even nearly. It's the wrong decision IMO, but it's a decision the president has the authority to make. A simple call out based on factual evidence of Arpaio's crimes would suffice, but once again the left overplays their hand and makes it something greater.
