I think he might break the string of "Well Qualifed" ratings from the ABA for Supreme Court Justices; he might be too young to qualify for the "exceptional breadth of experience."
That's probably the biggest drawback for these younger candidates; not getting a well qualified rating from the ABA will be played up so much. I'd expect a bit older nominee; I wouldn't expect someone below 50 or near that age.
