I don't think they will overturn it, but they should. The founding fathers said that America was for Europeans and people who only loyal to America.No other country in the world makes babies of other nationalities citizens. I hope they over turn it. it would be yuge!

In other words, "the Europe part" was posted in ignorance, under the assumption Europe was somehow exceptional in its policy?
In fact, there is nothing whatsoever unique singling out Europe's position. It is a common sense position shared amongst nearly the entire globe. The only other country on the planet with similar birthright policy to the US is our 51st state, Canada.
