Yeah, most of the time, straight up mockery of Christianity is frowned upon, especially on this board. So they’re probably feeling that, but just don’t wanna say so publicly.

The religious tensions are high on the right currently, he added fuel to the fire by furthering this Catholic-Evangelical feud, that's exploding, and then posted a picture that I imagine will only be defended/celebrated by the most extreme of Evangelicals and MAGA NPCs. This naturally leads to the MAGA in/out group dynamics that you've seen in this thread, where anyone questioning the narrative is labeled liberal or the enemy or whatever out group term you want to use.
