Thanks Mr. Fed.
Real talk though. I like the Millei approach. Cut half of the federal government.
Allow the states to exercise control those agencies had.
Use the surplus to pay down the national debt.

If I was in his shoes my first move would be to walk onto the MSNBC set and moon Joe Scarborough.

He won’t win. Biden will do what Trump tried to do. Get rid of any opposition and claim that he can’t be prosecuted. The president is above the law. At least I think that’s what trumps saying.

Needs to completely shutdown the border and start mass deportations. Instead he will probably suggest giving out more ‘stimulus’ money. Trump loves to spend.

It's pretty easy to see who cracked a book in here, and who took general studies in high school.

EO to create a system that can remove appellate judges with a grading system, and most of all is to follow the precedent that was set
As much as the progressive DEI appointments that have been made that need to be rebalanced in the judiciary, it would take years to fix. All federal judges are appointed to lifetime appointments, and can only be removed for an impeachable offense which would require a vote of Congress and not involve the executive branch.
One way to dilute the liberal power on the judiciary would be to increase the size of the courts and add judges, but each judge has to confirmed by the Senate and by tradition senior senators in liberal states of the nomination can hold off the nominees or gum up the nomination process if the balance of power is nearly 50/50 in the Senate.
One of the first areas to be increased needs to be the middle district of Louisiana, and true case rotation needs to be resumed.
Every civil rights/voting rights act case needs to heard by any judge on the bench and not referred to the liberal hack Judge Shelley Dick. It seems like every redistricting case was heard by her, then sent to the 5th Circuit and then either slapped down or referred pending other opinions by the Supreme Court.
