Of course there is a lot of time between now and then for the courts to over turn this legislative over reach. Or as other have indicated Trump could just not contest MD.

So what?
1. 26 U.S. Code § 6103 - Confidentiality and disclosure of returns and return information - says the Maryland state senate if full of democrat.
2. Why would Trump on any Republican disclose just to get on the ballot in a state they can't carry.

It's got to pass the House also, plus, the Governor has to sign it. If the GOP does what the Dem's do, a lawsuit on it will happen and delay things. The issue is, can a state pass a law that pertains to Federal elections.
