Rwanda is a shithole it’s per capita gdp is like 1,000 dollars. 90% of its population farms with most of it subsistence farming. It’s better off now than the 90s after the genocide but not a whole lot better.
Botswana is the only sub Saharan nation that’s economically decent.
Seychelles Islands are pretty well off too. Neat place with their creole culture
