I've heard Hannity try to interview some of the most interesting people in the world (Trump is a generally interesting guy, but not always one of the most interesting/compelling people in the world interview-wise) and it will more often than not sound like a train wreck.
He's really an awful interviewer. Trump can be a rambling mess, but Hannity rarely does anyone any favors in such settings. Of course, Trump still thinks he's the bee's knees.

Except Trump has accused Biden of wearing an earpiece and he does not answer questions "exceptional".
The reason is because Biden is really really old (like trump) and his brain is not working the same as it did when he was younger (like trump).
Rather than taking the note to stay on subject - Trump just repeated it. Just like when they would put notes in Biden's teleprompter and he would accidently read them aloud.

You made me go back and listen to your link - I'll never get those few moments back.
IF you listened to his interaction with the economic conference, and this was your biggest complaint about his performance, then I truly pity you.
Now - child care is important - but it is far from the most important thing a POTUS has to consider, especially when confronting the colossal pile of economic ruin the Democrats have inflicted on us.
MY analysis of that, was that he was going out of his way to not insult the intelligence of the person asking the question - and yes it rambles a bit.
Anyone with a 'real' in-depth analysis of the 'solution' to the 'child-care problem' facing the nation is spending way too much time on a trivial problem compared to the full-fledged attack on our national survival inflicted by the Democrats over the past 30 years.
Now IF that had been Kamala asking that question he would have been better served to humiliate her in her obvious ignorance of the real problems in today's economic situation when she and her communist comrades have inflicted on us.
Carry on - I'm sure you will be rewarded in your never ending search for the Kryptonite.
