Why is this so hard to believe?
Is this not the same jackass that wants to inject bleach in the body to kill Covid, buy Greenland like this is 15th century Imperialism, Is enamored with Vladimir Putin?

For your education, Trump used the term "disinfectant", not bleach.
He was very likely referencing ongoing work with pulmonary infusion of disinfectants such as atomized ethanol solutions. At that time the approach was being considered in research circles as a possible way of reducing SARS-CoV-2 pneumonitis.
