Then they are as guilty as the tenants for being on the grift.

Trump v1 was a big gov guy. Trump v2 has some serious federalism tendencies. Dems could’ve worked with and probably gotten a lot from v1, but not this guy.

Really? How did they find section 8 tenants who don't demolish their property?

Adding a Resident:
To add a male to a female tenant's Section 8 household, the individual must be listed as a resident on the voucher and meet all eligibility requirements, including income limits, no criminal history (such as drug charges, evictions, or felonies), and other program-specific criteria.

I am confused by this one, and honestly out of my depth here. When I look it up I don't see any restriction on men, but absolutely could be wrong. Can you link me on that?

I had my Section 8 houses in the early 2000's...This "male in the house" rule was very much a thing and highly policed...sounds like it has since been stopped but a male in the home will still affect overall aid, so I am sure they still hide the men and their belongings....

* "Man-in-the-House" Rules History: Historically, some welfare programs had "man-in-the-house" rules that restricted aid if an adult male was present, based on outdated social norms. However, these rules are no longer in effect and are not part of the modern Section 8 program.
* Reporting Household Changes: Program participants are required to report any changes in household composition to the Public Housing Agency (PHA). Adding an adult male to the household would necessitate an update to the household information, which could potentially lead to a reassessment of the voucher size based on bedroom needs and income. However, it would not automatically disqualify the voucher.
* Criminal Background Checks: Keep in mind that most PHAs conduct criminal background checks on all adult household members before approving them to reside in the assisted unit. A male adult moving into the household would likely be subject to such a check, and certain criminal convictions could potentially affect the household's eligibility or the approval to add the individual to the lease.

It’s way past time for some people to learn the survival skills the rest of us started figuring out as teenagers. We learned that we had to work, keep a job, pay our bills and not commit crime so we could one day be members of a society that rewards those survival skills. Some demographics have to learn the hard way.

I don’t know anyone that owns one or two section 8 rentals,

I know people that own 20 or 30 of them. They do all work themselves. All bought super cheap with cash.

I know a guy in Memphis recently bought 6 of them and paid $250K cash. Total. Gets over $1K a month each for them

The stories he tells will make you throw up. But it’s a cash cow.

Wow. That would add an entire different element when dating in the ghetto.

Attractive female trait would be to have a housing voucher.

A eligible man would be a bit harder to find.

Interesting dynamic.
