If you watched the whole thing he was insinuating that the current residents of Gaza would be moved away from Gaza then it could be turned into a nice area.
And he said it was a proposal and everyone in the area would have to agree to it.

This is a scare tatctic. We are not taking it over or sending troops.

no one here should be taking this seriously. It is not going to happen. Just like we aren’t going to take Canada or Greenland. But what he has done is given some backwards arse jihadis a nice talking point about us, imperialism, Islamic lands being destroyed and their people being slaughtered for the Jews. If the Muslim countries move the Gaza an out. They would have to be given a piece of the pie of the real estate development in Gaza so they get a return on their investment
