Family trust - no direct decision making by the president or his family.
Mutual fund - no direct investment decisions by the fund investors.

There are a lot of new therapies that show promise.
The drugs that inhibit the cytokine storm by effecting the il6 pathway had shown some promise in patients already in ards.
Hcq is the most well known drug and is cheap and plentiful had shown promise including in New York City.
Plasma treatment using plasma from recovered people had also shown early promise.
Because of politics and the slow nature of medicine, even with trump pushing, it's taken a little longer to get this ball rolling.
