Yes, it's so much better for everyone for Marijuana to be more difficult to get. We get it, you hate freedom.

you stink. Maybe you can't smell yourself, but you smell terrible and you're not hiding it, no matter how well you think you are.

I've been pro-legalization for 50 years, and still am, but since Oklahoma went medically legal, I encounter a bunch of horrible smelling people when I'm out in public. Especially at Walmart. I have walked past people at Walmart and felt like I ran into a brick wall of weed stench.

Gummies are the answer, people!!! Use them.

I disagree with this. Not that I give a shite about weed one way or the other, but simply because this is the role of Congress.

Congress has had multiple chances to act on this, but they never do.

Typical Trump. Ripping food from the mouths of children of private jail owners.

Just wait until we have a Democrat in the White House and they take the exact same stance as it applies to guns. Everyone likes it when Trump is weilding that sword to do their will, but will cry foul when that same sword is used by the left to slaughter our own sacred cow.

C'mon, dude, are you serious? Is that supposed to be a mark of pride?? That's one of the saddest things I've ever heard.

frick yeah I am proud of my mom. She works in a male dominated trade and still works circles around young men at age 71.... not because she has to, but because she loves her work. On top of that she is a beautiful and caring person. She has social anxiety and the marijuana helps relax her where she can function normally. If thats the saddest thing you have ever heard then you must live a very fricking perfect life.

Exactly arse backwards.
You know what looks closer to freedom to me, they way they treat alcohol. Just do that. It's not nearly as harmful as alcohol and unlike alcohol it actually provides some medicinal value.

That is not something Trump can do via executive order. You're raging against the wrong guy if that's what you want. What he did is the best you're going to get without laws being changed.

Like everything else, the HAVE to bitch about something.

The social media theme today from progressives is "yeah, this is great, but it doesn't make up for all of his fascism".

LOLOLOL

Yeah, ole fascist Trump.

Sure, but if he tried to deschedule it would force the issue forward much faster in an election year rather than benefit everyone but we the people just as outlined above, real freedom. It's been shown over and over in recent years, a majority of the American people want it decriminalized and basically treated the same as alcohol, taxed etc... . Just look who really benefits here, pretty obvious.

Its legal here and I never smell it in public. The people you live around matters far more than the weed.

All the Order does is direct the DoJ to get going on everything that needs to be done in order to tee it up for it to be re-scheduled. The order itself DOES NOT reschedule.

Its not a bad move on Trumps part. He's signaled doing something and is following through.

It should be OTC though.

This is reasonable, especially at home where nobody wants to get a contact high from neighbors. If you smoke, do it indoors or in such a way that it does not go up the nostrils of those who don't want it in any way.
